Date:
Start 12 Sep 2010 26 Sep 2010

Location: Online
Teacher: Eve Rosenthal

This is the fourth course in the Way of Shambhala series.

As the path continues, we learn to work with anxiety, so that we are not blocked by fear. Through an exploration of the traditional Buddhist teachings of mind and the nature of reality, we learn to see clearly. We dare to face life and death as they are. The meditator, open to uncertainty, goes beyond hope and fear.

PREREQUISITE: Joy in Everyday Life course. Shambhala Training Levels I- IV recommended but not required.

Preferred online participation will be given to Shambhala centres and groups. Individuals are encouraged to attend with your centre or group. You are welcome to participate at home, by permission, if you are unable to attend with a group. Please use the comment field on the registration page to describe your situation.
