Shambhala Art is art that springs from the meditative state of mind. As a process, it brings wakefulness and awareness to the creative and viewing processes through the integration of contemplation and meditation.
Acharya Arawana Hayashi brings her extensive background in the performing arts and in contemplative practice into her work and her teaching.

TIME: 2:00 PM Atlantic (Halifax, NS Time).
COST: $20 per person. Generosity policy applies ~ you may pay less if necessary, or more if inspired to support Shambhala Online activities.
TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS: A computer with a wired, high-speed internet connection. A webcam and/or microphone are recommended. If you will be alone when attending the live class, please have earbuds/headphones/headset available.
RECORDING: For those who cannot participate in the live broadcast, but wish to participate at a later time, there will be a streamed video recording (internet required) and a downloadable audio recording (internet not required) available after the program.
If you would like to participate after the actual program, please follow the same registration and payment procedure as for live participation.
Please note: recordings are made over the internet. Their quality cannot be guaranteed.
REGISTRATION DEADLINE: Saturday, March 26. Admittance to the live class cannot be assured if registration is received after this date.
