It encourages our inherent qualities to emerge:  stability, clarity and mental strength. If you’re new to meditation, our Meditation in Everyday Life course is a great place to start a lifelong habit. But first, here’s a brief introduction by meditation master Sakyong Mipham Rinpoche.
