Widening the Circle of Concern

Date: Sunday, September 28, 2014 (15:00 -17:00)
Teacher : Acharya Charlene Leung
Patron Price: $10.00

Many see meditation as a vehicle for traveling an inner journey. In Shambhala we’re encouraged to go beyond the inner journey to explore our connections with others and society. Through meditation, we make friends with ourselves and extend out to others. Widening the circle deepens our personal journey and simultaneously helps create enlightened society. Join this interactive session to explore self and other through guided meditation, contemplation, and mindful communication.

Two important notes: 1) The start time is an hour later than most weekend programs.  2) Though there is no charge for this program, please register so we can plan accordingly. Thank you for this courtesy!
