Collecting the Juice:  Making Sadhana Practice Transformative
Sadhana practices gather together the elements of a complete practice so that we can accomplish the journey without having to assemble our own path. Once we have a sadhana, we are well-equipped to carry our practice forward. But sadhanas are themselves only part of the equation; the other part is up to the practitioner. For a sadhana to be meaningful, it is up to us to arrive with a realistic outlook, a solid education, and a steady inspiration. In this talk, we will consider the elements that are in our control to make our sadhana practice transformative.
