Join Paula Bickford for a conversation about how meditation practice infuses our life with possibilities to open our senses and experience the richness of our world. There will also be guided meditation, contemplation and group discussion.
ABOUT THE TEACHER
Paula Bickford has been part of the Shambhala community since the late 1980’s, first entering through the Shambhala gate and then the Nalanda gate as a practitioner of Ikebana. She is a practitioner on the Scorpion Seal path. She has been actively involved in the Shambhala sangha in governance and teaching, first in Boulder when she began practice and in Florida when she moved here 20 years ago. She is also an officer of the Dorje Kasung and serves as the Regional Commander for the Drala Region. During this time of pandemic, she has been spending a lot of time in her yard enjoying the dralas of Florida gardening. Paula currently resides in Ruskin, Florida with her husband Will Ryken and her two dogs.
