We can all feel deep feelings of emptiness, poverty, and unworthiness. When we embrace and touch into our personal feelings of emptiness, we can tune into the deepest part of ourselves, our inseparability from everyone and everything. Join John Seex for meditation practice and a discussion about working with how we can rest in emptiness.
