The challenges and suffering of today’s world require transformation of cultures, communities, infrastructure, and our relationships with the more-than-human world. This transformation will take hard work and exertion, especially to do so in fair and just ways that benefit all beings.
With Great Eastern Sun vision and the motivation to be of service, our practice “on the cushion” should help to settle our minds and bodies so that we can arouse energy for the “mediation in action” of transforming society. Join us for an exploration of warriorship in today’s world and nurturing our capacity to engage the pressing challenges of our time.
