This weekend retreat is an opportunity for the global Shambhala sangha of Werma practitioners to refresh our relationship to Shambhala culture and our unique lineage of teachings through the practice of the Werma Sadhana.
The Werma Sadhana deepens our experience of lungta, drala, enlightened society, and vast mind. During this retreat, commentary and guidance will be given to deepen our understanding of the meaning of each section of the practice. In addition to formal practice sessions, there will be opportunities to share our questions, insights and discoveries with each other.
For Eve Rosenthal, who has been practicing Werma for several decades, this sadhana strengthens the heart connection to our Shambhala lineage and culture. She is eager to practice and explore this sadhana with her fellow Shambhala warriors. Join her for a very special sangha-wide retreat where Drala and Werma will gather like clouds!

À propos de l'enseignant
Ève Rosenthala commencé son voyage avec le dharma en 1973 et rencontra Chögyam Trungpa cette année-là. Originaire de New York, elle y était directrice résidente de la formation Shambhala dans les années 1980 et a commencé à enseigner la formation Shambhala et le bouddhadharma à cette époque. Eve a déménagé à Halifax, Nouvelle-Écosse en 1990, et a commencé à enseigner et à diriger un large éventail de programmes Shambhala et bouddhistes en Amérique du Nord, L'Europe , et Amérique du Sud. C'était une acharya (Professeur principal) dans la communauté Shambhala de 2005-2020. Eve est titulaire d'un doctorat en informatique et a fait carrière dans l'enseignement des technologies de l'information et comme analyste de systèmes pour des institutions financières internationales.. Combinant ses compétences technologiques et son aspiration à rendre le dharma plus accessible et à connecter notre communauté mondiale, she founded Shambhala en ligne dans 2006. Eve pratique et enseigne le T'ai Chi depuis longtemps et aime jouer du piano. Elle vit en Nouvelle-Écosse, Canada avec son conjoint, Basia Solarz.
