Do you feel the pain and groundlessness of a broken heart? Un corazón roto es algo que la mayoría de nosotros enfrentamos al menos una o varias veces durante la vida.. en esta sesión, Chaplain Alley Smith will lead you through a guided meditation to help you begin to heal from a broken heart.

  • A space to send love and healing to your heart
  • A space to share your compassion with others

Callejón Smith is an ordained Buddhist Chaplain in the Shambhala Lineage. She also holds precepts in Zen. She is an experienced bereavement coordinator and end-of-life care chaplain. Alley ha sido estudiante de budismo Shambhala y Zen desde 1999. Actualmente es anfitriona Haciendo amigos con la muerte & Muriendo: Grupo de apoyo (monthly) with Shambhala Online.
