Over de sessie

We must continue to be open in the face of great opposition. No one is encouraging us to be open, and still we must peel away the layers of the heart.

—Chogyam Trungpa Rinpoche

Do you feel the pain and groundlessness of a broken heart? Een gebroken hart is iets waar de meesten van ons minstens één of meerdere keren in hun leven mee te maken krijgen. In deze sessie, Chaplain Alley Smith will lead you through a guided meditation to help you begin to heal from a broken heart.
