Do you feel the pain and groundlessness of a broken heart? Złamane serce to coś, czego większość z nas doświadcza przynajmniej raz lub kilka razy w życiu. W tej sesji, Chaplain Alley Smith will lead you through a guided meditation to help you begin to heal from a broken heart.

  • An opportunity to decompress after the holidays and reset
  • An opportunity to practice meditation in community
  • An opportunity to share your experience of a broken heart in a safe and supportive contemplative community
  • An opportunity to practice in the comforts of your own home and/or practice space
  • A guided meditation on developing gentleness toward “the thinking mind
  • A space to send love and healing to your heart
  • A space to share your compassion with others

O nauczycielu

Aleja Smitha is an ordained Buddhist Chaplain in the Shambhala Lineage. She also holds precepts in Zen. She is an experienced bereavement coordinator and end-of-life care chaplain. Alley has been a student of Shambhala Buddhism and Zen since 1999. She currently hosts Zaprzyjaźnianie się ze śmiercią & Umierający: Support Group (monthly) with Shambhala Online.
