Do you feel the pain and groundlessness of a broken heart? Um coração partido é algo que a maioria de nós enfrenta pelo menos uma ou várias vezes durante a vida. nesta sessão, Chaplain Alley Smith will lead you through a guided meditation to help you begin to heal from a broken heart.

  • An opportunity to practice in the comforts of your own home and/or practice space
  • A guided meditation on developing gentleness toward “the thinking mind
  • A space to send love and healing to your heart
  • A space to share your compassion with others

Sobre o professor

Alley Smith is an ordained Buddhist Chaplain in the Shambhala Lineage. She also holds precepts in Zen. She is an experienced bereavement coordinator and end-of-life care chaplain. Alley é estudante do Budismo Shambhala e do Zen desde 1999. Ela atualmente hospeda Fazendo amizade com a morte & Morrendo: Grupo de suporte (monthly) with Shambhala Online.
