Do you feel the pain and groundlessness of a broken heart? 我们大多数人一生中至少会经历一次或几次心碎的事情. 在本次会议中, Chaplain Alley Smith will lead you through a guided meditation to help you begin to heal from a broken heart.

  • An opportunity to practice meditation in community
  • An opportunity to share your experience of a broken heart in a safe and supportive contemplative community
  • An opportunity to practice in the comforts of your own home and/or practice space
  • A guided meditation on developing gentleness toward “the thinking mind
  • A space to send love and healing to your heart
  • A space to share your compassion with others

关于老师
