The Buddha

Join this exploration of the Buddha’s Discourse on The Eight Realizations of Great Beings. Together we will read, drøfte, og overveje, hvordan man kan inkorporere de otte erkendelser i vores hverdag med en følelse af varme, åbenhed, og magt. This practice and study session is designed to inspire your meditation practice and post-meditation experience with a sense of great confidence and joyand to remind us of the enduring power of the dharma to shape our lives for the better.

  • Exploring the Buddha’s teachings on contentment, medfølelse, diligence, and suffering

  • Diving into teachings on the 8 Realizations of Great Beings, which are pithy instructions on the view and practical applications of Mahayana Buddhism
  • An opportunity to listen deeply and contemplate The 8 Realizations of Great Beings with others

  • An opportunity to study, contemplate, and meditate powerful teachings in community from the comfort of your own home and practice space
