During these support group sessions, there will be a short opening talk, a 15-minute meditation practice session (no previous mediation experience is necessary), en een open forum om persoonlijke ervaringen met ouderdom te bespreken, ziekte, dood, rouw, or bereavement. Sessions may include Tonglen for those who have died and a question and answer period.

During her career, Alley served with the military funeral honors Honor Guard. She specializes in teaching Buddhism, spiritual care, mortuariumzaken en als begrafenisgeestelijk.
