Join this exploration of the Buddha’s Discourse on The Eight Realizations of Great Beings. Together we will read, discuss, and contemplate how to incorporate the eight realizations into our every-day lives with a sense of warmth, openness, and power. This practice and study session is designed to inspire your meditation practice and post-meditation experience with a sense of great confidence and joy—and to remind us of the enduring power of the dharma to shape our lives for the better.
This Session Offers:
- Exploring the Buddha’s teachings on contentment, compassion, diligence, and suffering
- Diving into teachings on the 8 Realizations of Great Beings, which are pithy instructions on the view and practical applications of Mahayana Buddhism
- An opportunity to listen deeply and contemplate The 8 Realizations of Great Beings with others
- An opportunity to study, contemplate, and meditate powerful teachings in community from the comfort of your own home and practice space
