Adversity exists for us on an individual and a global level. We care…want to help. We look outside at the daily complexities of the world and then look inside of ourselves and find fear and reactivity. How can we help ourselves, and the world, given the chaos and mess in a realm of existence filled with genocidal wars, climate disasters, abundant abuses, political turmoil? There are simple, courageous practices to help us be in the very midst of this cauldron, practices that nurture ourselves, others, and world.
