Mindfulness of Body is the first Foundation of Mindfulness that the Buddha taught 2,500 years ago. Direct experience of our physical being is the ground, or support for our meditation practice, both on and off the cushion. Through guided contemplations and practices we will explore what that really means to us and how we can embrace the felt sense as a pathway to full presence.
