Live Teaching Programs feature senior Shambhala teachers and include interaction with participants. The typical program begins with a talk, which may include a practice segment or guided meditation, followed by discussion. Via Adobe Connect technology, participants may pose questions directly to the teacher using a webcam and microphone or by typing into the chat pod. Video recordings of the live program are available for those that missed the live event. Anyone who registers for a program can access the recording at any time by visiting the My Programs page on Shambhala Online.
