Trouble Logging In

When I enter my username and password and click enter, the fields reset without an error message.

When you log in, you should see this:

You should see that you are “logged in as” with your username.

Beneath you will see “some current programs” that you are registered for. To see all of your current programs, click “All my programs

    Check your login credentials. Shambhala Online uses the same username and password as other Shambhala websites.

    Verify your username, it is not your email address. Note that your username is case sensitive. If you need help retrieving it, please email [email protected]. We can resend it to you.

    Check your Browser If your username is correct, it may be an issue with your browser. Some browsers have known issues with Shambhala websites. Please avoid using firefox. Chrome is strongly preferred.

    Reset your password using the link provided at login. Please check your spam folder for the your new password link, and be sure to reset your password to something you will remember.

    Clear your Cache. If you are still having trouble, and logged into the Shambhala.org website before logging into Shambhala Online, you may need to clear your browser cache. Logging into Shambhala.org first can sometimes interfere with logging into ShambhalaOnline.org. See your browser’s help menu for instructions on clearing the cache (temporary memory)

    Use these links to reset your password or change your username.

Payment Questions and issues

I don’t have a paypal account. Is there another way to make payment?

Please note that we are not able to accept a credit card over the phone.

Trouble Accessing Courses

If you believe you registered for a course, but receive the message “You cannot view this course as you’re not enrolled for this course yet.” it is most likely that there is an issue with your payment.


Verify Payment. To verify your payment status for a program, log into Shambhala Online, and click on the “My Programs” menu. This will display a list of all programs you have registered for, and any outstanding balance for those programs. If you have registered for several of programs, you may need to use the “search” field to locate your course.

To the right of the course title is the column “To Pay.” The amount due is shown in red. You may sort this column using the arrows to the right of the heading.

Click on “Registration and Payment” to access the “Pay” button.

Then, click “Pay

The Pay button will open a new window.
**Note that if you are using a tablet, this may be hidden or not open properly.

Click “PROCEED TO PayPal
**Please note that you do not need a Paypal account.
